Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy


To cancel an order, please email with the heading 'I want to cancel my order' and our team will deal with your request. If payment for your order has already been taken, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to be refunded.

Please note, orders cannot be cancelled after the goods have been dispatched to you.



You can find all returns information in your delivery slip. Please note that costs incurred when returning an item are not refundable.

Unwanted goods can be returned within 21 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and unopened. Unused items that have been opened can be returned within 14 days. Items that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of delivery (subject to the terms of the our warranty found under terms and conditions).

All goods purchased through are sold with the benefit of a manufacturer’s warranty. In the event that your purchase develops a faulty 30+ days after delivery, you can contact the Kora directly to discuss further.
